UpSide Collective is a nonprofit organization serving adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We provide thoughtful, person-centered opportunities that support connection, growth, and meaningful daily life.

Our work is grounded in the belief that every adult deserves to be part of a community where they are welcomed, respected, and supported as a whole person. We create opportunities for individuals to build relationships, develop confidence, and live with dignity, purpose, and belonging.

UpSide Collective is a Program Approved Service Agency (PASA) and accepts Medicaid waiver funding for eligible services. We also accept private pay and may offer scholarship opportunities to help increase access for individuals and families.

We are committed to making high-quality support as accessible as possible and welcome conversations about funding, enrollment, and available options.

Why UpSide

Adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities deserve more than limited options. They deserve meaningful opportunities, strong relationships, and support that reflects their dignity and potential.

UpSide exists to offer services that are personal, purposeful, and rooted in care. We want adults to have opportunities to stay engaged, grow in confidence, contribute in meaningful ways, and be part of a community where they are genuinely valued.

We also want families to know their loved one is in a place where they are cared for with consistency, compassion, and respect.

Whether you are looking for services, interested in supporting the mission, or simply want to learn more, we would love to connect with you!
